All bookings and purchases Soul Sister Coaching are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
Payment Policy
All online sessions and purchases are paid in full at the time of booking. Payment plans for purchases over $500 can be customized, just ask.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to reschedule, please allow 48hrs notice if possible. Cancellations outside of 7 days are fully refundable. Cancellations within 7 days to 48 hours prior will be refunded 50% of the fee (minus the PayPal fee), due to the nature of preparation work done in advance. No refunds for cancellations 48 hours or less, however you can use the credit for a different service.
Any cancellation on the part of Soul Sister Coaching will result in a refund if it cannot be rebooked.
No Substitute for Medical Treatment
Soul Sister Coaching does not provide medical or psychological therapies. Please be mindful of your own well-being during the course and seek medical treatment (including, but not limited to psychotherapy), if needed. Soul Sister Coaching is not responsible for any decisions made by you as a result of the coaching and any consequences thereof.

Soul Sister Coaching will endeavor to create the best results, to the best of their ability for the client, although results cannot be guaranteed.
Confidentiality
The term "confidential Information" shall mean information which is not generally known to the public relating you business or personal affairs. Soul Sister Coaching agrees not to disclose, reveal or make use of any personal Information learned of through its transactions or discussions with you without your consent. Soul Sister Coaching will keep your private information (both personal and financial) in strictest confidence and shall use its best efforts to safeguard your confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss and theft. Your email will never be shared with a third party.
